Havre-Hill County Library is a Public library funded by the City of Havre and Hill County. The public library is handicap accessible with public restrooms, study space and a meeting room. Library cards are free. The following libraries share library cards and an online library catalog: Big Sandy Branch, Blaine County Library, Harlem Public Library, Havre-Hill County Library and Liberty County Library.

Wednesday "Books and Babies" begins at 10:15AM "Storytime" begins at 10:30AM with "Storytime" repeating at 3:30. These family times are free and open to the public for more information call the library at 265-2123.
Interlibrary loan, assistance on the computers, reference, reader advisory.
Special collections are Montana, genealogy and large print.
Internet is available to the public.
Havre Daily news and other local papers are on microfilm with dates from 1893 to present. Books, videos, DVDs, audio books, paperback exchange, genealogy and special collections.

Havre-Hill County Library is located 3 blocks south of Highway 2, on the corner of 4th Avenue and 3rd Street.
